Aggressive Compensation Plan
We offer a very aggressive compensation plan. At Family First Life we believe that everybody should be paid what they are worth.
Our comp plan starts at 100% and tops off at 145%, well above the industry average. We believe in the producers being able to net as much money possible off of their personal production. Raises in commission are given every two months based upon issued paid produced.
3 Types of Income
Direct Sale Commissions
Direct Sale Commissions are derived from the policies that you personally sell. This comes as an advance from the insurance carriers at 100%-145% of the policy.
Agency Overrides
If you decide to start an Agency with FFL you would receive an override commission on any agent that you hire whenever they sell a policy. The average override commission is 15% of the Annual Premium. This will turn to passive income.
Renewal Commissions
Renewal Commissions are paid Annually on certain types of policies when the contract renews at the end of the year. At Family First Life your renewals are vested from the day you start. We don't believe in keeping your money even if you leave. This will be another form of passive income.
Innovative Lead Program
NO MORE COLD CALLING.
The lead program that we have allows all agents to have qualified mortgage, final expense, and annuity leads. We do not believe in cold calling to generate sales. We work with a number of different vendors to generate leads. These leads have already contacted us requesting coverage. You will only deal with people who are actively looking for life insurance, your job is to connect them with the best coverage.
Free Agent Training
The sales training provided at Family First is very structured and places all our agents in a position to become successful.
In addition to offering access to the course for the licensing for free, we also offer free comprehensive training from our top producers, alongside quarterly conferences in over 20 cities across the nation.

Management
Our innovative tracking system uploads agents’ leads into our CRM system as soon as they come in. This allows the agent to track the status of the lead in every stage, therefore making their lives a lot more organized and insuring detailed attention to each and every client
